About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Live Streaming Operations Specialist to join our team and drive the planning and execution of live streaming events across multiple platforms. This role requires a proactive professional with a solid track record in managing live broadcasts, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring optimal viewer experience. You will play a critical role in enhancing our live content offerings and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute live streaming events, including pre-event preparation, real-time operations, and post-event analysis to ensure high-quality delivery. Collaborate with the marketing and operation teams to develop live streaming schedules, scripts, and run-downs. Set up, operate, and troubleshoot live streaming software, encoding equipment, cameras, and audio systems. Monitor live streams in real time to identify and resolve latency, buffering, or technical issues swiftly. Analyze streaming metrics (viewership, engagement, drop-off rates) and prepare performance reports to drive continuous improvement. Stay up to trend to ensure compliance with their latest streaming guidelines. Develop and refine operational SOPs for live streaming workflows and emergency contingency plans.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in live streaming operations or broadcast operations. Prior experience in digital media or e-commerce would be a plus. Proficiency with live streaming platforms (e.g. OBS, Streamlabs, Wirecast) and broadcast equipment (e.g. cameras, mixers, encoders) Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders under tight timelines and adapt to fast-changing live environments. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Experience with analytics tools to assess live stream performance and recommend improvements. Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) for preparing live assets or post-event highlights. Experience working with influencers, KOLs, or hosts during live broadcasts.
