Job description Job Title: Live streamer Recruiter with HR and PR Experience We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Live streamer Recruiter with a strong background in Human Resources (HR) and Public Relations (PR) to spearhead our livestreamer recruitment efforts in Dubai. This role is primarily focused on talent acquisition for our livestreaming platform, requiring a keen understanding of HR practices and effective PR strategies to attract and engage top-tier livestreaming talent. Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for livestreamers, from sourcing and screening to conducting interviews and negotiations.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the livestreaming industry, staying abreast of trends and emerging talent.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define talent requirements and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Apply HR best practices to ensure a seamless onboarding process for recruited livestreamers.
- Manage ongoing HR functions related to livestreamer engagement, performance, and conflict resolution.
- Act as a point of contact between livestreamers and the HR department, addressing queries and concerns.
- Leverage PR skills to enhance the company\'s reputation and attractiveness to livestreaming talent.

- Represent the company at industry events to promote our livestreaming platform and identify potential talent.
- Metrics and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of recruitment efforts.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and insights to inform ongoing strategies and improvements.
- Has strong experience in Human Resources, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in livestreamer recruitment, HR management, and PR, preferably within the Dubai market.
- Strong understanding of the livestreaming industry and its key players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Dubai\'s cultural landscape and industry nuances.
