Key Responsibilities

Lead & Monitor

- Drive your team, enforce KPIs, and keep Bitrix CRM updated (no abandoned listings).

Landlord Management

- Meet landlords, manage expectations, and build lasting trust.

Training & Mentorship

- Coach agents on handling objections and building resilience.

Performance & Closings

- Push the team to hit targets while closing your own deals.

Crisis Management

- Handle team stress, landlord complaints, and operational challenges with calm professionalism.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Minimum

3 years' real estate experience

(Abu Dhabi market strongly preferred).

Own car is mandatory

(public transport or Careem won't cut it).

Immediate joiner only

- we're not waiting until after family events. Clear background and professional track record. Strong commitment, discipline, and loyalty. Humor and resilience (if you can't laugh at chaos, this isn't for you).
What We Offer

on every sale & lease closed by your team.

30% commission

KPIs You'll Own

Weekly landlord meetings (documented). 100% CRM accuracy. Monthly team closing targets consistently achieved. High landlord satisfaction (renewals, referrals, repeat clients). Personal closings every month (no excuses).
