Listing Real Estate Agent - Home Hunters Properties (Abu Dhabi)

Position Overview:

Home Hunters Properties is seeking a motivated Listing Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in real estate, strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, and a drive to succeed. Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Reach out to property owners to inquire about property availability. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and leasing teams to update property availability. Reporting: Prepare and share daily property availability reports with the team.

Qualifications:

Passion for Real Estate: A genuine interest in the real estate industry and a desire to build a successful career in leasing and property management. Experience: Must have 2- years Previous experience as listing in real estate. Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities to interact professionally with clients, landlords, and colleagues in English and Arabic. Negotiation Skills: Proven capability to negotiate effectively and close deals. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using property listing platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools. Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet targets. Language Skills: English and Arabic is required. Preferably has own visa: family visa or husband visa is advantage. Salary range from AED 3,500 - 5,000
