Listing Manager DIFX is the world\xe2\x80\x99s first fully insured cross-asset trading platform. This platform was created as a blockchain-based cryptocurrency exchange to bring significant and lasting change to financial markets. This ecosystem offers an all-in-one solution for Digital Currency; made to trade, invest, and stake. We have license from over 7 countries and currently holds 120+ employees. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Listing Manager with a deep understanding of the crypto industry, various cryptocurrencies, coins, and non-fungible tokens (NFTs). As a Listing Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our platform\'s listings, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for the addition of new cryptocurrencies, coins, and NFTs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, legal, and compliance, to drive the successful listing of assets and enhance the overall user experience. Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Crypto Asset Evaluation: Conduct thorough research and due diligence on new cryptocurrencies, coins, and NFTs for potential listing on our platform. Evaluate their technology, team, market viability, and compliance with regulatory requirements. \xe2\x97\x8f Listing Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end listing process, from initial evaluation to asset integration. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of listings, including legal, compliance, product development, and marketing teams. \xe2\x97\x8f Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key external partners, including blockchain projects, token issuers, NFT creators, and other industry stakeholders. Collaborate with them to facilitate the listing process and foster mutually beneficial partnerships. \xe2\x97\x8f Market Monitoring and Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and regulatory changes in the crypto and NFT markets. Conduct market analysis to identify potential listing opportunities and make informed recommendations. \xe2\x97\x8f Compliance and Legal Adherence: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and internal policies throughout the listing process. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory or compliance-related issues. \xe2\x97\x8f Platform Enhancement: Provide feedback and insights to the product development team for improving the listing process, user experience, and platform functionality. Suggest innovative ideas to enhance the platform\'s offerings and attract more users. \xe2\x97\x8f Communication and Documentation: Effectively communicate listing updates, requirements, and processes to internal teams and external partners. Maintain accurate documentation related to the listing process, project evaluations, and relevant information. Requirements: \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related). \xe2\x97\x8f Proven experience in the crypto industry, with a strong understanding of cryptocurrencies, coins, and NFTs. \xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and the broader crypto ecosystem. \xe2\x97\x8f Familiarity with listing processes on cryptocurrency exchanges or NFT platforms is highly desirable. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong analytical and research skills to evaluate crypto assets and assess their potential. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. \xe2\x97\x8f Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. \xe2\x97\x8f Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in the crypto industry. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving industry trends.
