Listing Manager

Position Overview
As a
Listing Manager
, you will be the backbone of our listing operations--ensuring all property listings are accurate, optimized, and up to date across major portals. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, coordination with sales and marketing teams, and a strong understanding of property portals in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Upload, update, and manage property listings across
Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle
, and internal
CRM
systems.
Ensure listing content adheres to
company and portal guidelines
for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
Optimize listings for maximum
visibility, engagement, and lead generation
.
Coordinate with the
sales and marketing team
to gather accurate details, photos, and documentation.
Monitor and resolve issues such as
duplicate, flagged, or unverified
listings.
Maintain agent profiles and manage
TruCheck/TruBroker
badges.
Track and renew
expired listings
to keep inventory live and competitive.
Generate
weekly/monthly reports
on listing performance for management review.
Route incoming
leads/inquiries
to the appropriate sales agents.
Assist and guide agents on best practices for listing properties and using portals effectively.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling all listing data and property documentation.
Monitor market activity and trends to support pricing and positioning strategy.
Requirements Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum
1 year experience
in
UAE real estate listing management or coordination
.
Strong knowledge of major UAE portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) is essential.
Immediate availability preferred.
Skills:
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills in
English
(Arabic is a plus).
Tech-savvy with proficiency in
MS Office
and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
