Listing Manager
to oversee our property listings and digital presence.
Job Summary
The Listing Manager is responsible for organizing, updating, and optimizing all property listings across CRM systems and real estate portals. The role requires close coordination with agents, admin staff, and marketing to ensure that listings are accurate, appealing, and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage property listings on CRM systems and real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
Ensure all listing data, images, and documentation are accurate and complete.
Coordinate with real estate agents, photographers, and content creators.
Monitor and improve listing quality and visibility across platforms.
Track and renew expired listings promptly.
Write or edit compelling property descriptions and headlines.
Ensure compliance with RERA and internal listing standards.
Support the marketing team with campaign-related listings and special promotions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 year of experience in a listing management or similar admin role in real estate.
Proficiency with CRM tools like Bitrix
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and data accuracy.
Familiarity with UAE real estate market and online property portals.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Basic knowledge of photo or content editing is an advantage.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
