Property Shop Investment is hiring an experienced
Listing Lead Owner
to manage and control our property listings portfolio.Job Responsibilities:
Own and manage all property listings (sales & leasing) Generate and verify new listings from owners and agents Ensure listing accuracy, compliance, and documentation Control duplication and maintain listing quality Upload and manage listings on CRM and property portals Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for maximum exposure Monitor listing performance and maintain updated inventory
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Listing Lead Owner or Listings Specialist in real estate Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market Experience with CRM systems and property portals Excellent communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and ability to manage high listing volumes
