1. PRIMARY PURPOSE
The Listing Lead Owner is responsible for overseeing all leads related to listings, ensuring proper lead management, quality follow-ups, and strong coordination between listing agents, sales/lease agents, contact center, and operations. The role focuses on improving listing performance, lead quality, and owner satisfaction.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead Management: Review and manage all leads assigned to listing agents, ensure correct CRM updates, follow-ups, and closure.
2. QA & Owner Feedback: Conduct QA calls with owners to gather feedback on listing agents and report/escalate issues when needed.
3. Unit Performance Reporting: Prepare daily unit performance reports and highlight high/medium/low performing units for action.
4. Market Insights: Monitor demand trends, market gaps, and inventory shortages and share insights with the team.
5. Inquiries Follow-Up: Track and follow up on agent inquiries sent to the listing team to ensure timely resolution.
6. Units Activities Compliance: Ensure unit-related activities are completed and logged correctly on CRM as per process.
7. SLA Monitoring: Monitor SLAs between Listing and other departments and flag delays or non-compliance.
3. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
An Attested bachelor's degree.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service roles.
Experience in lead management, listing operations, or sales environments is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs and deadlines
High attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline
