Abu Dhabi, AE Qualifications
- At least one year of work experience in real estate sales
- Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
- Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
- Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential
- Speaks English is a must
- working in propspace , bayut ...
- Negotiate prices with owner to get the best deal possible for the clients
- Connect with all owners in a timely fashion to build a strong business relationship
- Conduct market analysis to ensure best listing prices
- Follow up with owner weekly to provide on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve business relationship
- Experiences with Bauyt and Property Finder portals and similar listing management systems
- Ensure that listings a up to date and relevant with accurate information that promotes quick sales
- Coordinate and support with marketing team and agents
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Real estate: 1 year (Preferred)
