Job Description
We are a young and modern Holiday Homes Management Company, specializing in providing exceptional experiences for guests in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for a Listing Agent to join our team and help us list our properties on various online platforms, such as Propertyfinder, Bayut, Airbnb, Booking.com, and more. Responsibilities:
- List our properties on various online platforms, ensuring that they are accurately and attractively represented.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create engaging content and attractive visuals that showcase our properties and services.
- Manage bookings, reservations, and cancellations, ensuring that guests have a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Respond to inquiries and questions from potential guests in a timely and professional manner. Monitor and analyze pricing and availability across various platforms, adjusting rates and calendars as necessary to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure that all properties are compliant with local regulations and meet our company\'s standards for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the industry and provide recommendations for improving our listings and services.
- Proven work experience as a Listing Agent, preferably in the holiday homes or real estate industry.
- Excellent knowledge of online listing platforms, such as Propertyfinder, Bayut, Airbnb, Booking.com, and more.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with potential guests and partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple listings and bookings simultaneously.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements for holiday homes.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Using PropertyFinder and Bayut: 1 year (Required)
