The Listing Agent specializes in representing property sellers by marketing listings, attracting potential buyers, and negotiating the best possible deals. They provide market expertise, ensure proper pricing, and facilitate smooth transactions from listing to closing.
2. Responsibilities
Consult with clients to determine property value and selling goals.
Conduct market analysis to establish competitive listing prices.
Create and market compelling property listings.
Coordinate and conduct property showings.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract buyers.
Negotiate offers and terms on behalf of sellers.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Oversee the entire sales process, from contract to closing.
Generate leads through networking and referrals.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates.
Guide sellers through pricing, staging, and market positioning.
Collaborate with industry professionals like photographers and stagers.
Use CRM systems to manage listings and track sales activities.
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Follow Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
3. Qualifications & Experience
A. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
B. Experience:
1-2 years in real estate sales or customer service.
Previous listing experience is a plus.
Knowledge of real estate laws and CRM tools is beneficial.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
