Job Description

We are seeking a professional Listening Agent to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to efficiently manage data, coordinate with property owners, and handle real estate listings with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Communicate directly with property owners to gather accurate information about available properties and update details as needed.

Obtain all required permits and approvals necessary for listing properties, ensuring all documents meet company and regulatory standards.

Publish and manage property listings on approved real estate platforms with high accuracy and attention to detail, including descriptions and photos.

Efficiently manage data and workflows using the CRM system, including data entry, updating property statuses, and tracking communication with owners and clients.

Follow up on property owners' requests and ensure all updates are completed promptly and professionally.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure optimal visibility and reach for property listings.

Maintain high standards of service quality and provide a professional experience to all stakeholders.

Requirements:

Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) -- mandatory.

Strong communication and negotiation skills when dealing with property owners and clients.

Previous experience in real estate or customer service is a plus.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital tools.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
