We are looking for a line QC to join our team:

Monitor the quality of product being produced on all machines.
Check the details of product as per the points mentioned in iPad.
Input the job order in the iPad to record the data.
Visits every machine and input the details against each point in the checklist. Quantify the details where required.
Add remarks if required. Alert the concerned person in case of any issue & takes the picture of the same.
Verbally inform the operator and supervisor about issues in the WIP.
Check the box, Carton, Packing, Barcode is as per the job order.
Immediately Inform QC Officer about problems related to quality on the floor.
Maintain a record for daily visits to the factory floor.

Prepare samples as per the request from sales or production.
