We are hiring LINE QUALITY CONTROLLER with At least 2-3 years of experience as line quality controller in an FMCG Industry/environment. Up-to-date knowledge of food safety regulations, relevant legislation, Good Management Practices (GMP) and HACCP programs, and ISO. Experience with knowledge of full cycle of production and understands and develops the area for optimization of resources usage in terms of quality control. - Performs the assigned tasks towards continual improvement through total quality objective and productivity of the department.
- Reports and communicates all quality related issues on problem identification, resolution and continual improvement.
- Execute a quality developmental programs and procedures and adhere with the implementation.
- Maintains performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards.
- Creates, revised, implement and document procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection for Quality Control and Assurance.
- Leads supports and participates in performing root-cause analysis and other problem-solving activities to identify effective corrective actions and process improvement.
- Collects and analyse sets of data using statistical tools to predict trends that will affect the improvement of product quality.
- Leads and participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Communicate with supplier and client\xe2\x80\x99s quality representative concerning problems with quality control and assure that effective corrective action is implemented.
- Checks and maintains online quality parameters conform to the product and process specifications from raw materials to finished product.
- Liaises the issues regarding quality standards to relevant authority to ensure that quality standards are followed.
- Prepare and assist for internal and external audit, supplier audit, closing out audit findings, creating audit finding reports and determining proper corrective and preventive actions.
- Performs analytical testing as required to determine compliance of raw materials and finished products against specification.
- Perform routine checking for all running machines, validating operators work and the checklist to maintain conformance to management system requirement.
- Coordination with team leaders and production supervisors for all QC related needs.
- Ensure that tests on raw, in-process and product samples are completed accurately and in a timely manner with a customer service expectation at the highest level (i.e., Quick sample turn-around time).
- Maintains record of inspections and other documents for future reference.
- Participate in training and conduct training (as assigned) on Quality Management System, Food Safety Management System, Environmental Management System, Occupational Health and Safety Management System, Good Manufacturing Practices and its component and other related quality programs.
- Audit assigned area under system management such as ISO, Environment, Safety, GMP and housekeeping adheres and complied with national and international standards.
- Creates and maintains quality manuals, procedures, HACCP, ISO and other relevant documentation.
- Contribute in applying the principles of HACCP and knowledge in GMP.
- Maintain good safety and housekeeping practices throughout assigned area of responsibility.
- Line QC: 2 years (Preferred)
