Line Electrician

POSITION SUMMARY
Deliver specialised support to operations in area(s) such as a Specific Process or Product as well as support on Maintenance and Improvement (M & I) operational activities in the factory.Responsible for timely execution of preventive maintenance of plant equipment to eliminate breakdowns while reducing and optimizing planned maintenance and related shut downs to ensure product & people safety is never compromised. Continuously pursue machine improvements to sustain machine basic condition and improve performance and safety.

SHE: Always ensure that work permits are maintained for all contractors\' activities.
Lead the machinery safety risk assessments and Implement machine improvements related to the identified Safety gaps resulting from machinery safety assessments and red tags. Lead the ergonomics risk assessments and support closure of identified ergonomics gaps.
Quality: Ensure maintenance hygiene practices are always followed while conducting preventive maintenance, line intervention and contractors\' activities. Ensure proper line release procedures are followed interventions & completion of controls\' activities. Participate in NGHE assessments, gasket & bolt management studies & lead action plan gap closures.
People Development: Maintain and deploy the corresponding Engineering Competence of his/her expertise. Assist training and skills assessment to the MWG members as a leader.
M&I: Enable high performance Operations, by providing assets Maintenance according to the Nestl\xc3\xa9 Strategy, using TPM/PM as the multi-disciplined approach to maintain/improve fixed assets, and AMM to manage their life cycle.
Project Management: Support in Capital Investments projects in his Plant ensuring that the technical solution follows corporate and market standards and is delivered with the expected quality.
Compliance: Ensure process and equipment safety for people, products, and the environment, and that everyone demonstrates an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations. Ensures that change management is in place to appropriately manage modifications in the engineering compliance. Responsible for the workshop compliance in the plant.
NCE: MWG leader & key contact point for AMM responsible for TPM implementation across assigned plant/line through adherence to MWG implementation plan as part from PM implementation plan and take ownership of own development plan.
Manage existing assets: Support and participate in the implementation maintenance methodologies (PM pillar, foundations), as a leader of MWG. Support production to eliminate quality defects, safety risks and chronic technical issues. Ensure adherence to applicable standards in responsibility, contractor management and support maintenance planner to finalize the maintenance plans.

What Will Make You Successful?
- Academic Experience: Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering, bachelor\'s degree in electrical engineering will be a plus
- Operational Experience: Minimum 3 years in the Electrical, Automation and Instrumentation field in the manufacturing industry
- Experience in Electrical Preventive Maintenance activities of Low Voltage Switchgears, MCCs, VFDs, induction motors, servo motors, all kinds of sensors, instruments etc.
- Experience in PLC & HMI, basic knowledge of programming software preferably Allen Bradley (Control Logix, Compact Logix), Siemens etc.
- Experience in working with VFDs like Allen Bradley, Danfoss, Siemens, ABB etc.
- Experience in working with Servo drives like Allen Bradley, Schneider etc.
- Experience of Instrument Calibration Program for various devices like flow meters, level transmitters, pressure transmitters, conductive transmitters, temperature transmitters, metal detectors, X-ray machines, weighing scales, check weighers, moisture analyzers, load cells, O2/CO2 analyzers, ammonia gas detectors etc.
- Personnel Supervision (of technical teams, contractors, or other 3rd parties)
