Job Description

Electrician:-
Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring and lighting systems.
Read technical diagrams and blueprints.
Perform general electrical maintenance.
Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other technical components
Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing device.
Repair & replace equipment, electrical wiring or fixtures.
Follow National Electrical code state and local building regulations.
Good knowledge of heating & air conditioning systems.
Good knowledge of various test equipment.
Assess electrical plans and specifications to be able to understand the layout and the appropriate materials for electrical work.
Undertake all electrical and electronics installation as well as maintenance tasks.
Conduct repairs, performance verification testing, acceptance testing etc.
Assist in connecting, disconnecting or changing electrical routing as well as wiring.
Perform similar tasks as may be required from time to time.

Plumber:-
Installation and repair of the pipes, fittings, and other apparatus of water supply, sanitation, or heating systems.
To attend to all the complaints related with plumbing or other systems assigned by the Department Shift In-charge
To troubleshoot and repair plumbing system / appliances
To carry out preventative maintenance to all appliance and equipment.
To be responsible for all tools and equipment.
Knows how to read drawings.
Installs supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation.
 Assembles fittings and valves for installation.
 Modifies length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building.
 Uses saws and pipe cutters as necessary.
Tests plumbing systems for leaks and other problems.
 Analyses problem and identifies appropriate tools and materials for repair
 Follows health and safety standards.
Good knowledge of heating & air conditioning systems
