Prepare and cook menu items following standards and portion sizes.
Ensure food is cooked safely, hygienically, and to proper quality.
Follow daily prep and station set-up instructions and checklists.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations.
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily operations.
Label, store, and rotate food according to safe food handling procedures.
Assist in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries.
Comply with health and safety and food hygiene standards at all times.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service team.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,300.00 per month
