Responsibilities:
Preparing dishes according to cafe standards
Maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen
Ensuring product quality and proper storage
Following food safety and hygiene regulations
Working efficiently during peak hours
Coordinating with the service team
Requirements:
Proven experience as a cook minimum 1 year in Dubai
Knowledge of kitchen processes and hygiene standards
Accuracy, discipline, and ability to work under pressure
Responsibility and punctuality
Understanding of English
Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
