Key Responsibilities
Assist chefs in daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and plating.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas.
Follow hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations.
Support in receiving, labeling, and storing ingredients properly.
Ensure timely preparation of mise en place before each service.
Assist in cooking Filipino dishes under the guidance of the Head or Sous Chef.
Minimize food wastage through proper portioning and storage.
Work as part of a team to deliver consistent quality and service.
Requirements
Fluent in Tagalog
(English communication is a plus).
At least 2 year of kitchen or F&B experience in Dubai or the UAE.
Familiarity with Filipino cuisine is an advantage.
Knowledge of basic food handling and hygiene standards.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
