Responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to company standards, ensuring quality, hygiene, and timely service.
Main Duties:
Prepare and cook food as per recipes and portion standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
Follow hygiene, food safety, and kitchen safety procedures.
Assist in daily preparation and stock rotation.
Support the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant (Arabic cuisine preferred).
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Flexibility with shifts and working hours.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,700.00 per month
