Vehicle Care and Maintenance
Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned vehicle, both interior and exterior, at all times.
Conduct routine vehicle checks, including fuel, oil, tire pressure, and overall condition before and after trips.
Report any mechanical issues, damages, or incidents promptly to the Fleet Department.
Trip Management
Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays, using navigation systems when necessary.
Communicate any changes or delays to the operations team and clients.
Prevent unauthorized usage or personal errands during duty hours.
Documentation and Compliance
Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel records, and client-related details as required.
Ensure all required licenses, permits, and documents are valid and carried at all times.
Professional Conduct
Maintain a neat and professional appearance in the designated uniform.
Exhibit a calm demeanor, patience, and flexibility, especially during peak hours or last-minute schedule changes.
Collaboration with Operations Team
Update the operations team regularly regarding trip status, client issues, or route changes.
Follow instructions for bookings and special assignments as provided by supervisors.
Customer Feedback and Follow-Up
Seek feedback from clients to improve services and ensure satisfaction.
Report any customer complaints or suggestions to the operations team for resolution.
Adherence to Company Policies
Follow company guidelines on safety, confidentiality, and operational procedures.
Avoid misuse of company vehicles and uphold professional behavior at all times.
