Key Responsibilities:

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and after-sales support.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven experience in outdoor or field sales (lighting or electrical industry experience is a plus).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.).
