Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lighting Technician with a minimum of two years of experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining lighting systems used in events and festivals, ensuring exceptional visual experiences for the audience.

Key Responsibilities

:

Equipment Setup and Installation

: Install and align lighting equipment as per event requirements.

Lighting System Operation

: Operate and program lighting equipment in alignment with event plans.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting

: Conduct regular maintenance and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Technical Coordination

: Collaborate closely with sound and visuals teams to ensure seamless integration of all technical components.

Safety Compliance

: Adhere to safety standards and protocols when handling electrical equipment.

Required Qualifications

:

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in setting up and operating professional lighting systems. Strong knowledge of modern lighting equipment and software. Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues under pressure. Effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Skills

:

Technical certification in lighting or a related field. Experience programming digital lighting systems. Familiarity with basic sound and visual effects techniques.
