and a keen eye for detail. You will assist our team in developing technical submittals, reviewing AutoCAD layouts, and preparing lighting proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed lighting estimation sheets, quotations, and BOQs in line with project specifications.
Analyze and interpret architectural and MEP drawings to generate accurate lighting take-offs.
Coordinate with suppliers to gather pricing, datasheets, and technical specifications for lighting fixtures.
Assist in the preparation of technical submittals, compliance documents, and lighting proposals.
Review and revise AutoCAD layouts to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
Collaborate with sales and design teams during the tendering process to deliver timely and accurate estimates.
Maintain and update a structured database of lighting products, supplier information, and pricing.
Ensure all estimations are completed on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
1-2 years of professional experience in lighting estimation and design (UAE experience preferred).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
Solid understanding of lighting products and technical specifications.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings, including AutoCAD files.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
Must be currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately.
