Job Description
Greeting guests upon arrival and providing transportation services to their rooms or other destinations on the hotel property.
Loading and unloading guests\' luggage onto and off the vehicle.
Maintaining a clean and presentable vehicle, both inside and outside, at all times.
Following a predetermined route or schedule to transport guests to various locations on the hotel property, such as restaurants, pools, or conference rooms.
Ensuring the safety of all passengers by driving responsibly and adhering to all traffic laws.
Providing guests with information about the hotel, including amenities, dining options, and local attractions.
Reporting any vehicle maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
Maintaining accurate records of vehicle usage, including mileage and fuel consumption.
Responding to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
