as a Lifting Supervisor in

civil construction projects

Middle East experience

is an advantage

Proficiency in English and Hindi

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lift plans in coordination with crane operators, riggers, and signalmen. Supervise and ensure all lifting operations are conducted safely in accordance with the

Lifting Plan

. Assess heavy and critical lifting operations, ensuring the correct cranes, lifting equipment, and accessories are selected and safely operated. Conduct safety briefings for all lifting team members before commencement of work. Inspect and maintain lifting equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards. Maintain accurate documentation including lift plans, risk assessments, and inspection records. Liaise with Site In-Charge and Supervisors to ensure proper maintenance and operation of lifting systems and procedures. Ensure ground conditions are safe for mobile crane operations and take corrective measures when unsafe conditions are identified.
