& Responsibilities:



Develop and implement lift plans while coordinating teams (crane operators, riggers, signalmen) and ensuring proper ground conditions. Coordinate and supervise all lifting activities in accordance with the approved

Lifting Plan

. Assess heavy and critical lifting operations to ensure safe planning, selection of cranes, lifting equipment, and accessories. Conduct pre-lift briefings for all lifting team members covering risk control measures and safe lifting procedures. Inspect all lifting equipment (cranes, slings, shackles, etc.) to ensure they are in good working condition and properly certified. Maintain accurate documentation including lift plans, risk assessments, and equipment inspection records. Liaise frequently with Site In-charges and Supervisors to review and improve lifting systems, procedures, and safety compliance. Verify ground conditions before any lifting operation and take corrective action if unsafe conditions are identified.

Preferred Candidate Profile:



Minimum

5 years of experience

in civil construction projects. Prior experience in the

Middle East

is an added advantage. * Must be fluent in

English and Hindi
