Job Title: Lifting Supervisor (heavy equipment and cranes)
Job description: Minimum 5 years of experience as a lifting supervisor
1. Lift Planning & Risk Assessment
Prepare, review, and approve lifting plans, method statements, and risk assessments, including crane assembling and dismantling activities.
Classify lifts (routine, non-routine, critical) and ensure all required approvals are obtained. Identify hazards related to crane erection, dismantling, and lifting operations, and implement effective control measures.
2. Crane Assembling & Dismantling Supervision
Supervise erection, assembly, dismantling, and reconfiguration of mobile, crawler, and tower cranes in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Verify correct installation and removal of booms, jibs, counterweights, winches, and outriggers. Ensure proper sequencing of assembly and dismantling operations.
3. Supervision of Lifting Operations
Direct and monitor all lifting activities involving cranes, forklifts, hoists, and rigging equipment.
Ensure lifts are carried out strictly as per approved lifting plans and load charts.
Stop work immediately in case of unsafe conditions or deviations from approved procedures.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,500.00 per month
