Lifeguard Supervisor
to oversee daily security operations, manage site staff, and ensure safety procedures are followed across assigned locations.Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate security /lifeguards at assigned sites Ensure compliance with site security policies and procedures Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and incident checks Handle incidents, complaints, and emergency situations professionally Prepare daily reports, incident reports, and attendance records Liaise with clients, management, and local authorities when required Ensure guards maintain proper conduct, uniform, and performance standards
Requirements
Proven experience as a lifeguard team leader in the UAE Strong knowledge of security operations and access control systems Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) Ability to manage teams and work under pressure Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
