is a premier Facility Management provider in Dubai. We are seeking a highly experienced, vigilant, and certified

Lifeguard Supervisor

to ensure the highest standards of water safety, team performance, and operational efficiency across our managed aquatic facilities (pools and beaches).

Key Responsibilities

I. Safety & Emergency Management

Lead and Monitor:

Maintain constant, active surveillance of all designated aquatic areas (pools, beaches) to prevent accidents, enforcing all safety regulations and facility rules with professionalism.

Emergency Response:

Serve as the primary responder during aquatic emergencies, confidently executing established rescue protocols, First Aid, and CPR/AED procedures.

Drill Execution:

Plan, lead, and document regular, unannounced emergency rescue drills and competency checks to ensure the entire Lifeguard team is rescue-ready at all times.

Equipment Checks:

Conduct daily inspections of all rescue, first aid, and safety equipment to ensure proper functionality and regulatory compliance.

II. Team Leadership & Development

Supervision:

Provide direct supervision and leadership to the team of Lifeguards and Pool Attendants.

Training:

Facilitate ongoing in-service training sessions, skill refreshers, and professional development to maintain and enhance the team's knowledge and physical fitness, ensuring all certifications remain current.

Scheduling & Operations:

Assist in the preparation of daily/weekly lifeguard schedules to ensure optimal coverage and adherence to UAE regulations during all operating hours.

Performance Management:

Conduct regular visual and practical audits of team members and provide constructive feedback on performance and adherence to safety standards.

III. Facility & Compliance

Water Quality:

Oversee and record regular checks of pool chemical levels (pH, chlorine) and water temperature, reporting any issues immediately to the relevant department.

Cleanliness:

Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained in the pool deck, changing rooms, and surrounding aquatic areas.

Compliance:

Ensure all operations and documentation strictly comply with local government requirements, including

Dubai Municipality (DM)

and other relevant health and safety codes.
Required Qualifications and Experience

Certification:

Must possess a current, valid Professional Lifeguard Certification approved by an accredited body in the UAE (e.g., EIAC, DCAS).

Skills:

Current certification in CPR, AED, and comprehensive First Aid.

Experience:

Minimum of

2 years of professional lifeguarding experience

with at least

1 year in a supervisory or senior lifeguard role

within the hospitality or facility management sector in the UAE.

Fitness:

Excellent physical fitness and strong swimming ability, capable of performing strenuous rescues.

Communication:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English to effectively direct staff, interact with patrons, and manage emergencies.

Driving License is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
