Key responsibilities of the role will be but are not limited to:
- Follow safety protocols related to drowning prevention and swim lessons/ training.
- Assess the specifics of the water depth and follow/communicate the general guideline for shallow or deep water.
- Follow technique to rescue submerged person and quickly, safely and efficiently raise them to the surface.
- Monitor and follow aquatic safety and risk prevention solutions at all times.
Requirements:
- Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in interacting with people of various ages from diverse backgrounds.
- Physically fit, strong, agile, and dexterous.
