Lifeguard
Job Description
Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of the guests.
Enforce pool rules and safety regulations consistently and respectfully.
Perform rescues in the event of drowning or swimming accidents.
Administer first aid, CPR, or use an AED in emergency situations.
Inspect and maintain safety equipment and report any hazards.
Check pool chemical levels (if required) and ensure safe water quality.
Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, changing rooms, and surrounding areas.
Participate in regular training sessions, emergency drills, and team meetings.
Provide excellent customer service and answer patron questions when appropriate.
Complete incident and accident reports accurately and promptly.
Qualifications:
Valid Lifeguard Certification CPR/AED and First Aid certification. Strong swimming skills and physical fitness. Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergencies. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible, alert, and observant at all times.
