Oilexec is looking for Life Guards - M

QUALIFICATION

Lifeguards are required to hold an attested international Lifeguard-training certificate of maximum duration of two years. The certificate is to confirm that the lifeguard has been trained and passed in at least the

following:

Lifeguard responsibilities First Aid CPR Rescue techniques Swimming competency Total number of training hours recorded in the certificate.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum

5 years of experience in a reputed Resort, Hotel, club or an institution, on a similar Lifeguard position.

SUMMARY OF MAJOR DUTIES:

1. Performs lifeguard activities including advising swimming and other pool users of safe usage of pool facilities

2. Ensures observing swimming pool regulation and report an infraction of the same by users

3. Ensures that all safety equipment are kept in good working condition at all times

4. Maintains cleanliness of the swimming pool surroundings and ensures good housekeeping.

5. Reports defective furniture or maintenance requirements to superiors and maintains follow-up

record until the works completed or action taken

6. Exercises maximum alertness, keeps constant eye on the swimmers, and administers first aid and reanimation as and when required.

7. Carries out other related duties such as assisting and organizing swimming galas and function, conducting swimming classes when required.

8. Maintain the swimming pool maintenance record and follow-up on works requested from the maintenance contractor.

9. Ensures the procedures related to "Operational Safety Measures and Public Safety

Measures" are strictly adhered to by the members.

10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
