Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor designated beach areas to identify potential risks or emergencies. Enforce beach rules and regulations to ensure public safety. Respond promptly and efficiently to all incidents, including rescues and first aid. Perform water rescues using appropriate techniques and equipment. Provide emergency care including CPR and basic first aid when needed. Ensure rescue equipment (e.g., floatation devices, first aid kits) is in proper working condition. Maintain a constant lookout from towers or patrol positions. Communicate effectively with beach visitors, team members, and supervisors.
Qualifications:
Certified in
Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid
(preferably from UAE) Strong swimming skills and physical fitness. Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Previous lifeguarding experience at beaches is an advantage.Salary & Benefits:
