Age: 27 years or above.
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Appearance: Smart appearance and physical fitness.
Certification: Certified as a lifeguard from Qatar Swimming Association (QSA) with valid documentation, including First Aid, CPR, and AED training.
Aquatic Skills: Excellent aquatic skills and confidence in supporting male members.
Language Skills: Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is preferable.

Lifeguard responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
Monitors safety and well-being of all members in and around the swimming pool area.
Ensures cleanliness, safety and upkeep of swimming pool.
Implements all rules and guidelines.
Assists and rescues members in danger of drowning or when injured.
Monitors pool-related activities closely and identify any safety issues.
Provides swimming lessons and swim team coaching, when required.
Maintains a clean environment in and around the pool, including checking of the toilet facilities prior to and after operation hours.
Uses First Aid, CPR and/or AED, when appropriate or necessary.
Knowledge and ability to evaluate water conditions at aquatics facilities to determine any potential dangers or hazards.
Ability to judge and evaluate evolving dynamics of individuals participating in aquatic activities to immediately assess their capabilities and threats to their safety.
Knowledge of on-site protocols, operational procedures, and safety policies; and knowledge of methods and techniques for providing on-site emergency medical services
