.Responsible for ensuring the safety of swimmers using the Client Clubhouse Pool by preventive and responding to any emergencies. 2. Must have thorough knowledge & application of lifeguard skills and rescuing techniques. Also must know how to recognize and respond effectively on emergencies by using tube, whistle and First Aid kit. 3. Knowledge of First Aid and CPR certificate from a reputed Training Institution. 4. Must report to work at least few minutes earlier than schedule and must wear a Lifeguard uniform while on duty. 5. Ensure all swimming pool rules and regulation at all times 6. Inspect and upkeep of swimming pool facility and surrounding areas clean (Brush and vacuum) on daily basis and report any unsafe conditions to the Company Housing Supervisor. 7. Complete records and reports including: . Monitoring pH and Chlorine levels as assigned. . Recording scheduled work hours on timesheets accurately to be reviewed by Housing Supervisor before submission. . Keep pool maintenance records as necessary. 8. Do additional duties as assigned by Housing Supervisor. 9. Ensure 24x7 support to operation's in Qatar Housing Complex. 10. Must exercise regularly to maintain fitness level. 11. Responsible for Maintaining log book for all maintenance and pool user (attendees) records. 12. Ready to work extra hours any time, day or night, any day of Week including all holidays required by Company. Only actual approved hours shall be claim for over time. 13. Responsible for ensuring safety of swimmers in the pool, by preventing mishaps. 14. Complies with all Company Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures. 15. Conduct all work activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner by not taking on any task(s) that are perceived as unsafe and if doubt, consults supervisor/manager before proceeding. 16. Reports all accidents, incidents or near misses to supervisor/manager or to the QHSE Department if Supervisor/manager in not available. 17. Recording all scheduled work hours accurately on timesheets and to be reviewed by Company Housing Supervisor before submission. 18. The 'Normal Working Hours' will be ten (10) hours per day viz. six (6) days per Week and required to work in shifts in accordance with company requirements. 19. Must wear a lifeguard uniform while on duty.
