Key Responsibilities:

Proactively generate leads and schedule client meetings. Approach potential clients via phone, email, social media, or in person. Identify and assess clients' specific needs through detailed research and consultation. Provide customized financial solutions such as Endowment Plans, ULIPs, SIPs, Term Plans, Investments, Retirement Planning, Pensions, and Estate Planning. Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients.

Requirements:

? Proven sales experience in Banking, SME, Credit Cards, or Financial Products.
? Prior experience in Life Insurance and Mutual Fund sales is a strong advantage.
? Existing network and experience in the UAE market preferred.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English is essential -- additional languages are an advantage.
? Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
? Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving and client management.
? Freshers may be considered for entry-level roles only.
