The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Licensed Real Estate Agent
to join our established team. The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of the Dubai real estate market and a proven ability to build client relationships and close deals. This is a commission-based role with
uncapped earning potential
in one of the world's most luxurious and tax-efficient real estate hubs.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management:
Generate new leads, manage a pipeline of prospective buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords, and provide exceptional end-to-end client service.
Market Expertise:
Maintain an in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including property values, market trends, community features, and major developer projects (Off-Plan and Secondary Market).
Sales & Leasing:
Facilitate property viewings, present compelling property information, negotiate sale and lease agreements, and successfully close transactions.
RERA Compliance:
Ensure all transactions, agreements, and procedures strictly adhere to the regulations set by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) and the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
Marketing:
Create high-quality, professional property listings, utilize company marketing channels, and leverage social media to promote properties and build a personal brand.
Documentation:
Prepare all necessary legal documents, including Form A, Form B, MOUs, and other contracts required for a successful transaction handover.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of
1 year of proven experience
in real estate sales.
Licensing:
Must possess a valid
RERA Broker Card
or have successfully completed the DREI Real Estate Broker course and be ready for RERA registration.
Market Knowledge:
Solid understanding of the Dubai property landscape, key communities, and transaction processes (Off-Plan/Secondary Market).
Skills:
Exceptional negotiation, communication, presentation, and time management skills.
Driver's License:
A valid UAE Driving License and access to a car is highly desirable.
Language knowledge:
English (additional knowledge in Russian, Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), Hindi, Urdu, Farsi languages is desirable)
