Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi.
Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends and pricing.
Provide expert advice on property investments and legal requirements.
Arrange and conduct property viewings with potential buyers and tenants.
Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transactions between parties.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and manage necessary documentation for property transactions.
Adhere to Abu Dhabi's real estate regulations and licensing requirements.
Requirements:
Valid
Real Estate Agent License
issued by Abu Dhabi authorities.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in real estate sales or leasing.
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market and regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and real estate platforms.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
