Key Responsibilities:

Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate in providing top-tier services for buying, selling, and renting properties. Act as a liaison between clients and developers such as Aldar Properties and Reportage Properties, offering exclusive listings. Guide clients through obtaining 10-year Golden Visas via property investment. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and advise clients on lucrative opportunities in Abu Dhabi's metropolitan areas. Network to build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and industry professionals. Prepare and negotiate contracts, agreements, and transactions with accuracy and adherence to UAE property laws. Leverage marketing strategies to promote company listings and services effectively.

Qualifications:

Valid UAE real estate license. Proven experience in the Abu Dhabi property market; familiarity with high-demand neighborhoods is a plus. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. UAE driving license and access to reliable transportation.
