Responsibilities

Client Engagement

: Establish and maintain lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique property needs and preferences. Offer professional advice on property purchases, sales, and rentals.

Property Management & Promotion

: Curate and oversee property listings with accurate details, captivating visuals, and immersive virtual tours. Execute impactful marketing campaigns to reach potential clients.

Property Tours

: Organize and lead property viewings, showcasing features and benefits to interested clients.

Market Insights

: Monitor and analyze the Abu Dhabi real estate market, staying ahead of trends, property values, and competitive dynamics. Prepare market analyses to provide accurate property valuation and pricing recommendations.

Negotiations & Transaction Management

: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, achieving favorable deals. Manage and oversee all documentation for smooth and compliant transactions.

Regulatory Adherence

: Ensure full compliance with local legal and company guidelines for all real estate activities. Maintain precise and updated records of transactions and client interactions.

Qualifications

:

Valid Abu Dhabi real estate license. Demonstrable success in real estate sales and leasing. Comprehensive knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market. Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with real estate tools, including CRM platforms and marketing software. A strong sense of initiative and the ability to thrive both independently and in team settings. Uphold high standards of professionalism and integrity.
