Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with
MOHAP regulations
and maintain valid licensing.
Handle
all pharmaceutical documentation
, shipment approvals, and related paperwork.
Manage
logistics and warehousing operations
, including inventory and records management.
Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and government authorities for import/export documentation.
Maintain accurate and organized records for audits and inspections.
Support management in ensuring smooth operations of the pharmaceutical supply chain.
Requirements:
Valid
MOHAP Pharmacist License
(mandatory).
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in pharmaceutical operations or logistics within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of
MOHAP, DHA, and UAE regulatory frameworks
.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle documentation and approvals efficiently and accurately.
