Key Responsibilities
Provide professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs and treatment goals.
Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, and post-operative massages (if trained).
Collaborate with aestheticians and medical staff to support integrated treatment plans.
Educate clients on self-care, stretching techniques, and the benefits of massage therapy as part of a holistic aesthetic and wellness approach.
Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment room in accordance with clinic hygiene protocols.
Document treatments and client progress accurately and confidentially.
Stay current with trends, techniques, and certifications in massage therapy and wellness.
Qualifications
Valid Massage Therapy License is an advantage
Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience (experience in an aesthetics or spa setting is a plus).
Knowledge of skincare and body treatments is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional demeanor and strong client service orientation.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
Preferred Skills
Experience with post-surgical or lymphatic drainage massage.
Familiarity with medical-grade skincare products or treatments.
Comfortable working in a team-oriented clinical environment.
