Licensed Massage Therapist (Lymphatic Drainage + Customer Sales)

The Role

We're seeking a

licensed massage therapist

with

4-5+ years of hands?on experience

who is

certified and formally trained

in multiple massage modalities and

proficient in manual lymphatic drainage (MLD)

. You're equally comfortable delivering excellent bodywork and

meeting quarterly sales targets

through education?led retail and rebooking.

Bonus:

Training or experience with

LPG Endermologie

(body contouring/device?assisted massage) is a strong plus.

What You'll Do

Deliver tailored massage services (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial/trigger point, sports, prenatal if certified) based on client goals and contraindications. Perform

manual lymphatic drainage (MLD)

sessions with impeccable technique and draping, within scope of practice. (If trained) Perform and/or assist with

LPG Endermologie

body treatments. Conduct thorough consultations, recommend treatment plans, and

pre?book

clients for follow?up care to drive retention.

Educate and recommend retail/home?care

products aligned to client needs; confidently work toward

quarterly revenue targets

. Maintain accurate SOAP notes, treatment room standards, sanitation, and inventory requests. Collaborate with the front desk and aesthetics team for seamless client experiences. Use booking/POS software and follow all spa policies and privacy practices.
What Success Looks Like (KPIs)

Consistent

rebook rate

and

client retention

(returning/recurring visits). Healthy

retail per guest

and

units per transaction

through consultative recommendations. Progress toward/achievement of

quarterly service and retail targets

. Strong satisfaction scores and reviews.
What You Bring

4-5+ years

of professional massage experience in spa/clinic settings.

Accredited massage certification/diploma

and

current license/registration

(as required in [your jurisdiction]). Demonstrated proficiency in

MLD

(formal training/certification strongly preferred). Training across multiple modalities (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial/trigger point; prenatal if certified).

Sales mindset

: comfortable discussing care plans, memberships/packages, and retail; organized about goals. Excellent communication, discretion, and client?care ethics; dependable, punctual, and team?oriented. Physically able to perform back?to?back services and lift/move up to [X] lbs as needed. Tech?friendly with booking/POS systems.

Nice to have:

LPG Endermologie experience; body contouring/firming protocols; bilingual fluency.
