Licensed Civil Engineer
Job Description
We are currently seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer with G+1 DM licensed to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing, planning, and managing residential and low-rise building projects in accordance with local regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure quality and safety.
Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Coordinate with project stakeholders, architects, and subcontractors.
Prepare and monitor project schedules and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with all G+1 licensing regulations and local building codes.
Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
Qualifications:
Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (valid and active license).
Proven experience in G+1 construction projects (residential or low-rise buildings).
Strong knowledge of local building codes, structural design, and site management.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
