Joining our team to contribute to managing the deployment and onward support and enhancement of Passenger Services System and its interfaces and data, we are looking for: Purpose and Scope Responsible for coordinating tasks between Flight Operations, Crew Training and other relevant departments, at both headquarter and regional locations. Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure the highest level of coordination is maintained between Flight Operations and Crew Training departments across bases of operation.
Develop documentation, reports and presentations on a broad range of Flight Operations and Training matters.
Attend Operations meetings and conferences to record meeting minutes.
Preparing communications for both internal stakeholders and external entities.
Identify gaps and draw conclusions from data that impact inter-departmental communication/processes towards continuous improvement.
Support the Flight Operations management with initial screening of applications.
Act as a liaison to industry contacts, as required.
Schedule applicants for tests, trainings and face to face interviews.
Advise Crew Training department on simulator assessment needs.
In conjunction with the People and Talent team and Crew Training departments, maintaining communication and relationships with new hires to resolve any issues/questions throughout their onboarding and initial training.
Performing other duties as assigned by the Flight Operations management team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
Degree or Higher
At least 2 year of airline experience in Flight Operations or Crew Training.
Must have knowledge in Crew licencing.
Proficient command in both written and spoken English.
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is required.
Advanced administrative skills is required.
Ability to multi-task, juggle competing demands, prioritize and work with other team members at all levels within the company, especially executive levels.
Ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality on all matters.
Must have high level of attention to detail.
