Responsibilities: - Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client needs and preferences. - Create customized travel itineraries and packages for leisure travelers. - Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel. - Negotiate with hotels, airlines, and tour operators to secure the best rates and deals for clients. - Stay updated with the latest travel trends, industry news, and destination updates. - Assist clients with travel documentation and insurance requirements. - Handle inquiries, bookings, and cancellations efficiently and professionally. - Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during travel arrangements.



Requirements

Proven experience in travel consulting or a similar role in the travel industry. - Strong passion for travel and understanding of various cultures and destinations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in using travel booking software and online resources. - Customer-focused with a strong problem-solving attitude. - Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
