The Spa Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by ensuring a smooth and welcoming spa experience from arrival to departure. This includes handling reservations, guest inquiries, payments, and coordinating with therapists to ensure seamless operations in line with the hotel's luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and assist them with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries.
Manage spa bookings, appointments, and schedules efficiently through the reservation system.
Provide detailed information about spa treatments, facilities, and promotions.
Handle payments accurately and process billing in compliance with hotel policies.
Coordinate with spa therapists and attendants to ensure timely service delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized reception and relaxation area.
Promote spa services and retail products to maximize revenue.
Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards within the spa.
Support in administrative duties such as daily reports, stock control, and guest records.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or spa environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office and spa management/reservation systems.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Customer service-oriented with strong attention to detail.
