Job Purpose
To perform translation services for the legal department as well as the entire ENOC Group of Companies when required.
Principal Accountabilities
Translates legal, technical and financial documents to/from Arabic and English as required by Group General Counsel and Company Secretary and ENOC Group.
Assists the Sr. Legal Counsel's in dealing with formalities within the UAE and provide necessary verbal translation to that aim.
Maintains a complete library of all translated documents (expect government audit reports) for future reference and amendment.
Prepares invoices to recharge corporate departments/business units for translation services rendered and forwards the same to finance.
Performs similar or related duties as requested by the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary.
Additional Principal Accountabilities
Experience
Bachelor of Arts Degree (University Graduate)
Good Arabic and English drafting skills
3 years' experience in a similar capacity
Good computer skills (knowledge of MS Word is a Must)
